Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so of course accept returns hassle-free, if something doesn't fit, isn't what you thought or has a rare quality issue.

UAE Returns

If it is unworn, with tags still on and within 7 days of delivery, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund (via the same method you paid with). Returns are free of charge by our courier, however we cannot refund delivery charges.

GCC / Rest of World Returns

If it is unworn, with tags still on and within 7 days of delivery, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund (via the same method you paid with). Returns can be arranged for 75 Dhs by our courier, however we cannot refund delivery or import charges.

We will need you to print a return label that we will send you, then our courier will collect when you tell us it is ready.
